41 constituencies across three states will go to the polls on May 12. They are, six seats in Bihar, 18 in Uttar Pradesh and seventeen in West Bengal. Meanwhile, the three most popular political figures of Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi, Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi, will attempt to woo large number of voters in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar today. State wise parliament constituency going for elections in Phase-9 :-
